International Studies

“ One of my favorite memories from my time at WC was presenting my senior capstone at the International Studies SCE symposium. My cohort of IS majors had become very close during our senior year, and we enjoyed presenting for each other and the campus community. My capstone was not only a culmination of my studies at WC, but also a representation of the student I had become. ”
How has Washington College contributed to the person you are?
The relationships I built during my time at Washington College shaped me into the person I am today. The faculty, staff, and students at WC are passionate about their work and care about building an active, connected community. My classes encouraged intellectual curiosity and taking advantage of all the academic opportunities available to me. My campus involvement helped me to develop into the leader I am today, and I am grateful for the academic and life skills that WC provided me!
If you were a Washington College student today, what would you be sure to pursue or take advantage of?
If I were back at Washington College, I would attend more athletic events to cheer on the Shor'men!
Activities I was involved in:
